For anyone interested, here's the route I run up & down the Carrick hills. It's almost exactly 4 miles from bottom to top with no flat bits.

2010 targets
2011 was a year marked by back trouble and a lot of plodding. Still, I completed 5 ultras and am feeling well rested for 2012.
